Twin Falls Charges:
21-year-old Robert J. Piñon is charged with rape and lewd conduct involving two underage girls. Alleged abuse occurred between August 2024 and April 2025. He’s being held on a $1 million bond; hearing set for June 27.

Caldwell PD Retaliation Claim:
Former police lieutenant Benjamin Heinrich filed a $500,000 tort claim alleging wrongful termination for exposing corruption. He accuses Chief Rex Ingram of misusing city funds. The city offered no comment.

Kimberly Homicide Update:
Daniel Wise (19) faces unlawful firearm possession charges; Andrew Snyder-Thorstad (19) is charged with concealing evidence. Investigation continues into the fatal shooting of Chris De Quintana Roo.

Highway 75 Incident (Shoshone):
